One of the biggest success blocks people have is where their focus is.

Did you know that you are wasting vast amounts of personal power and energy by diffusing your awareness?

When you could in fact use all that energy in a singular focus?

We live in a world of information overload.

Every person can have their say.

Yep that’s cool and all in terms of having a laugh, socialising, getting validation, support and love.

But it’s also very detrimental to our health AND our success as individuals.

If you are in the business of succeeding then you are in the business of INNOVATION.

Allowing yourself to be distracted by other people and the outside noise is perhaps one of the biggest overlooked and subtle issues that I see no one noticing.

In fact,

People either respond or react towards the noise, never realising that hey, you can choose to be a part of it or not.

That’s the issue here, it revolves entirely around personal power.

And personal power?

Personal power is an individuality thing. So is innovation. It is about creativity and tapping into hidden reserves of YOUR own potential.

Each and everyone of us is different. We’re not meant to be the same.

Therefore, it is paramount to realise that success in and of itself relies deeply on your ability to:

• Know who you truly are

•  Be who you truly are

• Create the vision you have inside you

If you’re trying to base it all on the outside world, guess what you’re always going to create?

Lack luster results that perpetuate the same problems in the outside world.

But hey, we ain’t in the business of creating those kinds of results, are we?

We’re here to do things BETTER and SMARTER and in my own perspective, EASIER.

How can we do any of that when we are continually falling back into what we already know and where most people like to remain?

You got to be the one that breaks through to the other side.

You’ve got to be the leader you came here to be.

You’ve got to be the one who KNOWS the RESULTS he/she desires to CREATE.

You’ve got to be the one who stops blocking your self.
